Yes, Pacific Northstar offers loan programs that cover 100% of the cost of the home, meaning that there is no down-payment. Many times, we are even able to work the closing costs into the purchase so that even these are financed and included in your monthly mortgage payments.
Should I use a real estate broker to find my home?
There are definite advantages to using a real estate broker to find your new home. The real estate agent has access to numerous listings and can help you find the home that really fits your needs. Also, the real estate agent can guide you through the entire process, helping you to know what needs to be done. S/he can help you avoid pitfalls, such as a home that may be in need of repair. Also, the real estate broker may be able to negotiate a better price on your new home.
